Luigi’s HolidayMenu Reheating Instructions
As a general rule of thumb when reheating already cooked food low cooking temperatures and slow cooking times are a
good rule of thumb. These reheating times and oven temperatures are for conventional home ovens and as oven
performance may vary cooking/reheating times may vary as well. If you are using a convection oven then lower cooking
temperatures by 25ᵒ
Whole Cooked Turkeys and Turkey Breasts:
We suggest that the best way to reheat a cooked turkey is to carve it first. America’s Test Kitchen has a great
video on You Tube showing the best way to carve a Turkey.

Arrange the sliced turkey in the pan provided and cover with the pan drippings provided, cover with foil and
place in 325ᵒ oven for 30 to 40 minutes checking with a meat thermometer that the turkey is reheated to 165ᵒ
following safe food handling guidelines. Try arranging the slices of hot turkey around a mound of hot stuffing
on a serving platter with a garnish of your choosing for an impressive presentation. If you want to reheat the
whole bird plan on about 7-10 minutes per pound at 275ᵒ. To prevent drying out the bird baste frequently
with the pan drippings until a meat thermometer inserted in the thigh read 165ᵒ.
Hams:
Reheat whole hams at 325ᵒ for approximately 15 minutes per pound basting frequently with the glaze
provided. Remove your ham from the oven at an internal temp of 135ᵒ.
Appetizers:
Stuffed Mushrooms, Clams Casino, Scallops Wrapped in Bacon, Shrimp in Prosciutto - bake uncovered at
375ᵒ degrees for 20 -25 minutes.
Stuffed Artichoke Hearts – bake uncovered at 375ᵒ for 10-15 minutes
Spanakopita, Mini BeefWellingtons – bake uncovered at 400ᵒ for 25-30 minutes.
Roasted Vegetable Tartlets, Spinach & Gorgonzola Cups, Mini Crab Cakes – bake uncovered at 375ᵒ for 7- 10
minutes.
ChickenWings – bake uncovered at 375ᵒ for 15 minutes.
Soups, Sauces and Gravy:
Stove Top: Transfer to a saucepan and bring to a simmer over a medium heat stirring frequently.
Microwave: Transfer to a microwavable container, loosely cover and puncture film, heat one minute at a time
stirring between each heating until it is hot.
Stuffings, Potatoes & Vegetable Side Dishes
Oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F. Use tin provided or place in a covered ovenproof dish and heat for approximately 25-
30 minutes, until warm stirring occasionally. If a food thermometer is available, 165ᵒ is a good and safe serving
temperature. Microwave: Puncture the film, heat on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Handle carefully as
contents may be VERY HOT. Cooking times may vary with the oven.
Chicken and Veal Dishes:
Set oven to 300ᵒ, leave in the aluminum pan covered for 5-7 minutes per pound. Stir so that heat is evenly
distributed and sauces come together.
Pasta Dishes
Lasagna: Bake at 300ᵒ for 3 hours if it is uncooked, if cooked reheat at 250ᵒ for 45 to 60 minutes.
Lasagna should reach in internal temperature of 155ᵒ
Stuffed Shells: Bake at 350ᵒ for 20 to 30 minutes. Leave pan covered.
Baked Ziti Alforno: Bake at 300ᵒ allowing for 5-7 minutes per pound.
With all pasta dishes you want to reach a temp of 155ᵒ.
Stuffed Shrimp
Preheat oven to 325ᵒ, bake for 20-25 minutes until shrimp are pink and firm.
Tortes
Heat oven to 250ᵒ and reheat in oven for approximately 45 to 60 minutes. Chicken Tortes should reach an
internal temperature of 165ᵒ. Eggplant and Seafood Tortes should reach an internal temperature of 155ᵒ

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSIT
Reservations are considered tentative and not final until a deposit is received and there for may be cancelled by Luigi’s at any time before the deposit is received. A non-refundable $150.00 deposit is required to reserve the event date. The deposit will be applied in full to the final bill. In the event of a cancellation after placing a deposit, Luigi’s will refund the deposit as a Luigi’s giftcard to the person whom placed the deposit. If Luigi’s has to cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances we will return your deposit, in full, as a check addressed to the person who placed the initial deposit.
ROOM ASSIGNMENT & HOURS
Luigi’s reserves the right to assign another room should your final count fall below the minimum number of guests required for the room booked. Daytime event hours are available between 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. All day time events must depart by 4:00 pm. Evening event hours are available to start from 5:00 pm on. Events are booked with a four hour limit; an additional hour may be purchased for $200.00 but must be discussed and planned in advance. Our private rooms include the Sorrento Room and the Amalfi Room. Our common space rooms include the Bar Area and the Café.
LINEN FEES
Fees are $35.00 for the Amalfi Room (linen required), $45 for our Lounge, and $75.00 for the Sorrento Room and Café. (Optional)
Our tablecloths are white and napkins are white with a black stripe. Napkin color may be changed, for no additional cost, if white tablecloths are desired.
DINNER SELECTIONS:
In order to help you plan a memorable event, we ask that you make your event selections 14 days prior to the function. All details such as seating arrangements, guest arrival time, menu selections and any special arrangements should be made at this time. Final guest and meal counts are due 7 days prior to the event. The count you provide is the minimum number of confirmed guests for whom you will be charged. Should your actual count exceed the confirmed number, you will be billed for the additional dinners. Should your actual count fall below the confirmed count the additional meals will be packaged to go.
FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment is due at the conclusion of your event. Cash, personal checks (with a valid driver’s license), Visa, Master Card and American Express are all accepted. A minimum guaranteed gratuity per server is $125 or 20% of your final bill, whichever is greater. An additional charge of $50 per busser is required dependent on your events needs. A 20% gratuity is calculated on all food and beverages and then the entire bill including gratuity is subject to an 8% Rhode Island sales tax per RI Taxation Regulation SU 04-59.

Banquet Policies
OUTSIDE DESSERT FEES
You may bring in a cake or dessert for your function from a RI Board of Health Licensed Vendor in lieu of the desserts offered on our menu for a plating and handling fee of $1.99 per person. uigi’s can provide celebratory cakes with custom writing for your event, please see our dessert menu for options.
COVID POLICIES FOR DESSERTS: Cakes and desserts may be displayed for the duration of the party, however, serve yourself style buffet tables are not permitted under covid regulations. Our staff will plate and distribute desserts to your guests at the table.
All outside desserts to be brought on premise must be approved and noted by a banquet coordinator prior to your function. Due to limited storage we can not accept deliveries of any items until the day of the event. Please note that no other foods or beverages can be brought into the facility.
DECORATIONS AND CENTERPIECES
You are welcome to bring in your own centerpieces. Luigi’s will accept deliveries from florists the day of your event only. Please coordinate the delivery with a banquet manager,
WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY CENTERPIECES.
Please see a banquet coordinator if you are planning on using lit candles as part of your
decorations.
Decorations such as confetti, glitter, rice, nails, thumbtacks and sticky tape are not permitted.
Nothing can be attached, taped or affixed to the walls , furniture, or light fixtures. A cleaning fee of $150.00 will be added if these items are used. Please note, no furniture is to be moved or removed from the room.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Party host and/or outside event planners are allowed to arrive one hour prior to the start time for your function. If you require more than one hour to setup it will be an additional $75 per 30 minutes and it will be added to your final bill. Any balloons and/or balloon walls need to be broken down and disposed of by the party host or planner. Any structures need to be approved by Luigi’s management. Luigi’s will accept deliveries the day of the event only (please coordinate the delivery time with the banquet coordinator).
AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT
Slide shows, power point presentations, microphones, and lecterns for meeting events are permitted with notice. We can provide a screen and projector for a fee of $50.00. Luigi’s management reserves the right to control the volume.
PRIVATE & COMMON DINING ROOM ASSIGNMENT POLICIES AND MINIMUM

THE CAFÉ (common):
The Café consists of white marble tables with wooden chairs. This space is shared with our deli, however there are barriers to separate the two areas. While noise from the deli may be heard it will be unseen from this room. This room has a maximum capacity of 50 guests. A minimum requirement of 45 people is required to reserve a semi-private event for this area. This room is NOT available on Friday and Saturday evenings.
THE SORRENTO ROOM (private):
The Sorrento Room consists of banquette style booths & tables. This room has a maximum capacity of 75 guests. A minimum number of 50 guests is required to reserve a private event for this area. This room is NOT available on Friday or Saturday evenings. Should your party fall below the minimum number of guests required you will be charged for 50 meals. The additional meals will be packaged to go.
THE AMALFI ROOM (private):
The Amalfi Room consists of 3 tables which sit 8-10 people each. The Amalfi Room has a maximum capacity of 30 guests. A minimum number of 25 guests is required to book this room. Should your party fall below the minimum number of guests required you will be charged for 25 meals. The additional meals will be packaged to go. Sunday through Thursday the Amalfi Room requires a minimum guaranteed gratuity of $125. On Friday evenings the Amalfi Room requires a minimum guaranteed purchase of $1,200 on food and beverage before tax and gratuity to be held privately. On Saturday evenings the Amalfi Room requires a minimum guaranteed purchase of $1,500 on food and beverage before tax and gratuity to be held privately.
An additional parking lot is available in the rear of the building for functions.
Luigi’s reserves the right to change your room dependent on minimum number of guests.
Luigi’s is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
Our Liquor License and Insurance prohibits liquor being brought onto the premise for consumption. This extends to liquor nips commonly used as favors.
